Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you ship to…

A: Yes, I do! As long it is on planet earth, I will send it to you. Choose your country on checkout.

Q: I saw a drawing on your Instagram/FB profile I just LOOOVE. Can I get it printed and framed?

A: Well, first of all, thank you! I appreciate it. You probably can get it printed, framed, signed, sealed and delivered to your address. But just to be 100% sure, send me an e-mail and we will figure it out.

Q: Why is Iceland called Iceland and Greenland Greenland, when it should be the other way around?

A: To make a long story short, Erik the Red named Greenland Greenland to make it more attractable to settlers. Many people who moved there froze to death. Iceland isn't as attractive name, thus he could live happily alone in the vast nature of Iceland. His son was "Leif the Lucky" who sailed to North America about 500 years before Christopher Columbus.

Q: Do you do custom made orders?

A: Yes, I do. Just send me an e-mail and we will figure it out together – you and I, buddy!

Q: I saw a piece I really like. But can I get it in other size? Like really, really BIIIG!?

A: Sure! Let’s blow this baby up! Although, this counts as a custom made piece and you have to mail me and tell me your needs. We’ll probably figure something out.

Q: Can you draw me a tattoo?

A: Well, I don’t know. Thank you for asking, btw. What is it that you want? We need to be sure that I can draw it and then I will send you a price that has to be paid before I begin working on it. Send me an e-mail and we’ll figure it out. :)

Q: What do I do if my product is damaged?

A: Fortunately, that has never happened before. But if it does, just let me know and then send me the product back, and I will send you another one right away!

Q: Do you refund my money?

A: Well, of course! As long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging you have 30 days to get your money refunded. Send me an e-mail and let me know and I will guide you through the process.

Q: What are those books on your pictures?

Those are books by Halldór Kiljan Laxness, a twentieth-century Icelandic writer who received the Nobel Price in Literature in 1955. I was forced to read one of his legendary novels in High-School. They are not mine, they are my fiancé’s books. I just love to look at them. ;)

Q: Do I have to have the original packaging if I return the product?

Yes, please. It is important if you want to return a product, that it is very carefully wrapped in the original packaging. If the original packaging somehow got damaged, you will have to pay for new packaging, to return the product in, in order to get your money back. Read more in our refund policy.
